IS A PRIVATE OPERATING DEDICATED TO CREATION AND DISSEMINATION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ORIGINS AND CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLENCE IN ITS MANY FORMS, INCLUDING HUMAN AGGRESSION, CRIME AND WAR, AND HOW BEST TO REDUCE IT. TO CREATE KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORTS WORK OF RESEARCHERS ACROSS ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES THROUGH GRANT COMPETITIONS AND COMMISSIONED RESEARCH THAT INVESTIGATES VIOLENCE IN ITS MANY MANIFESTATIONS. SEEKS TO DEVELOP INSIGHTS THAT REVERBERATE BEYOND ITS FUNDED RESEARCH, INFORMING POLICY AND PUBLIC DEBATE. IN ADDITION TO SCHOLARS FUNDED BY , ITS STAFF CONDUCT SCIENTIFIC AND POLICY RESEARCH ON VIOLENCE AND ARE KNOWN AS EXPERTS IN THIS AREA.

To provide temporary shelter and needed care for stray or unwanted cats and dogs until owners are found or adoptions can be arranged with responsible loving families. To support other community outreach programs with information and resources to help deal with the growing population of stray, neglected or abused cats and dogs in our community.

ADVANCED IN THE FIELD OF ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA THROUGH STUDY IN THE TRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES DEVICES TO HELP ADVANCE THE FIELD HELP PATIENTS WHO HAVE UNDERGONE TRAUMATIC OR POLYTRAUMATIC INJURIES TO RE-ESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN SOCIETY RESTORE THEM TO PRE-INJURY FUNCTION LEVELS. SPONSOR THE ATTENDANCE AT ACCREDITED NATIONAL INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS REGARDING PRESENTATIONS OF ORIGINAL PERFORMED BY THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSING ON CLINICAL TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA. ENCOURAGE COLLABORATION AMONG SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS ALLOWING FOR A RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE OF SURGEONS WORKING ON ADVANCED ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA PROJECTS.

The currently operates programs in Brooklyn, NY as the first to provide temporarily housing and other support services to domestic violence survivors and victims of homelessness with a focus on Muslim emergency shelter in New York City. The furthers its charitable purposes primarily by conducting activities designed to further those purposes, including, but not limited to: providing temporary housing for victims of domestic violence and women facing eviction and/or homelessness and connecting women in need to job opportunities, a range of mental health and medical services, permanent housing facilities, health insurance and legal assistance.

s primary objective is to provide psycho-social support, recovery from trauma, hope and self-belief to vulnerable children in Africa through community-led creative arts workshops.
